"MileTrak" is the trademark of a set of server-side rail mileage manipulation applications, and the colloquial reference to their associated Internet-based access service.
The MileTrak service
and the MileTrak set of applications are wholly owned and originally written by Anthony Rizos.
MileTrak is Copyright 2003 Anthony Rizos; "MileTrak", "MileTrak Classic", "MileTrak Express",
"MileTrak.com" and "www.MileTrak.com" are trademarks of Anthony Rizos. "MileTrak: The Amtrak Mileage Manager" is a trademark of Anthony Rizos, to the
extent that a trademark can be claimed when encompassing the mark of another entity. Amtrak is a registered service mark of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation.
The MileTrak service, located at MileTrak.com and utilizing source code parsed by way of amtraktrains.com or miletrak.com servers, is provided to the end user for non-commercial use only.
Any entity wishing to utilize the MileTrak service for commercial gain must purchase a commercial-use license from the developer.
The MileTrak service, and the MileTrak set of applications, are in no way sponsored by, a part of, or otherwise connected to the
National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) or Amtrak Unlimited (www.amtraktrains.com). MileTrak is simply provided as a independent
service to Amtrak Unlimited website visitors and viewers. Data used by MileTrak is compiled by Anthony Rizos and/or Tristan Cunningham from various
publicly available sources.
